How do I place an order with you?

For now we are taking orders via email  click here and as always on our FB page here. On our previous website we had an online store but it became confusing for customers to order especially with most things being completely custom. We are working to bring that store back as soon as possible.

What Forms of payment do you take?

We take cash and most forms of digital payment. From PayPal to Zelle, apple pay to Cashapp and more. Whichever is most convenient for you. 

Your order is only confirmed upon payment or deposit. We will not begin your order without payment or deposit.  Turn around time is typically between 7-14 days, this does not include time for shipping. There will be a fee of 25% of your final cost added for ALL rushed orders.

Do you offer shipping options?

YES! We can ship anywhere in the US and beyond. Feel free to contact us so that we can help you further with shipping needs. Tracking is available with each shipment.  We have no control over the postal service, but we will always try to help in any way that we can should an issue arise.

What is your return policy?

We  reserve the right to honor refunds at our discretion and under NO circumstance offer returns or refunds on ANY customized items. We are more than happy to fix any mistakes that we have made. Our top priority is your happiness with your purchase.

How does the process work?

You are the inspiration. Bring us your idea and we turn it into a physical manifestation. It can be as complex or as simple as you'd like. Either way we are here for the long...or short haul.

Let's say you want a shirt with a purple monkey holding green flowers, we could either create the monkey image for you or take your already made creation and place it onto your desired shirt. We sometimes create mockups so that you can "see" before we print/press. We are in contact with you as we progress through your creation, sending photos and getting pre approvals. Once your project is done we ship it out! That's it!
